The holidays are upon us and you know what that means…there’s no better time to start thinking about the gardeners in your life. After all, they work hard to bring a generous bounty of fresh produce to the supper table and overflowing zucchini to unsuspecting neighbors! They work hard to create beauty everywhere they go, especially in the place they call home. For their hard work, they deserve some payback (consideration, love)!
Think about the type of gardener they are. Are they practical? New garden tools are always a good choice – a new pair of pruners, hori hori knife, kneeling bench, or garden trug in a fun color would be appreciated. Do they want to look good while digging in the soil? A stylish garden hat, exquisite gloves, or handsome basket to harvest vegetables would be most welcome (hey – if you can’t look good, why bother). Do they seek comfort and want to relax when they are done gardening? A fragrant garden salve to ease sore muscles, a garden book for inspiration, or a handsome porch swing or hammock could do the trick.
So, start searching now for the perfect gift. You might even find an irresistible bargain on Black Friday.
